cleaning is becoming increasingly expensive due to rising labor costs,
We reduce labor costs by optimizing and practicing processes using a robot
with your employees.
Counteract staff shortages by making your existing employees more productive.
We develop a new cleaning plan that creates freedom and covers manual activities.
A robot is not subject to time pressure and can reach every corner.
Together, we create an ideal time & zone plan and implement it step by step.
A robot is something new and fascinates customers and employees.
Be proactive in difficult times and support your employees with professional coaching when using a robot for the first time.

First-time robot operation with close support, no matter where or when, using digital tools
02
Clear implementation goals and adaptation of existing cleaning processes
03
Fast execution and results for your employees through knowledge boost
Cleaning robots have now passed a critical point, because they are technically robust, easy to use, and pay for themselves through increased labor costs.
Unfortunately, many robot implementations fail not because of the technology, but because of how they are used. False expectations and a lack of
adaptation to robot operation may quickly lead to frustration and low robotic cleaning activity.
Robot manufacturers and distributors want to sell, install the robot with a brief training session, and then provide just 1-2 days of support.
They do not address the days of optimization and changes to your cleaning processes, even though these are important for success and payback.
Your employees are conflicted between the time-consuming first contact with robots and their normal daily business. Initial hurdles quickly become dead ends.
Through my experience in rolling out new technologies, I know how important preparation and optimization are in addition to the actual installation.
I will guide you through these phases, use my network of suppliers, and accompany you during installation.

What do I need to bring and do?
You will be guided through all the important steps. You can delegate the execution to an employee who will receive intensive training in the use of the robot.
Do you sell and install the cleaning robots?
No. I work independently as coach and support your employees when they use robots for the first time.
Do robots clean properly? How good is the cleaning quality?
Yes, robots clean well and often even better.
It also depends on your current cleaning method. Robots use the same techniques, i.e., vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
The big difference in quality is down to the robots' precision. They go into every corner and therefore cover a larger area than staff.
You can also run robots more often than it would be economical to clean with staff.
Will robots collide with my inventory/ shelves/ products/ glass doors or my customers?
No. The robots are equipped with a number of sensors that prevent collisions. With some models, you can even specify the desired distances.
All cleaning robots comply with safety guidelines for operation around people. The robots behave defensively, i.e., they wait and slowly drive around any obstacles that appear.
How much time do I need to invest as a decision-maker?
You will need 1-2 hours for decisions via webcalls.
What if the robot has already been installed?
The employee you designate can be coached immediately during initial operation.
Together, we will develop the new cleaning process, refine the time & zone schedule, and train the employee to be a safe robot user.
How can I give feedback?
After each step, you will receive a status report and have the opportunity to provide feedback. Or you can do so at any time via email and WhatsApp.
Can robots also clean heavy residues?
No. Cleaning robots are suitable for regular maintenance cleaning.
Heavy residues such as dried liquids, sticky substances, or oils must still be removed by staff as part of a special cleaning process.
How can I prevent cleaning from taking place during customer opening hours or during production?
Cleaning can be scheduled precisely using a timer. In addition to the times, zones to be cleaned are created.
In combination, for example, the entrance and checkout area of a store can be cleaned 1 hour before the store opens. Less frequented areas are then cleaned during customer operations.
Or, after closing time, cleaning is carried out until the alarm system is activated.
We work out the ideal time & zone schedule together and implement it step by step.
